I got the call from my landlord. We have to move but not immediately, thankfully.

We don't have money to move so the next few months will be rough as we save every last dollar to get out of here.
We don't have a lease and my gf has been here for just over 20 years. She's half excited to move to a better neighborhood but her heart is here and she has watched our little neck of the woods go from an industrial neighborhood of factories to a residential neighborhood with restaurants and parks to enjoy. Hopefully she loves where we move and won't be too sad about moving.
