Completely agreed. I think Bungie needs an ombudsman.

I thought they realized that when they hired the dude who started the weekly Reddit thread. Then, I saw the thing last week where he denied that the game had changed any, only to discover that the programmers did stuff without telling him, thereby leaving him out to dry.
It's hard watching Bungie collapse like this. It's not a good feeling.
