*walks in...randomly and almost in slow motion...covered in ballots but not in the right places...lots of things for people to see...listening in on

conversations...miming responses, sometimes to the people, sometimes behind them...most behind them...or scoffing...or furrowing my brow...or "tut tutting" in exasperated outrage...also I'm carrying a chicken, a nice golden brown chicken who I've called, "Mr Farthington"...I insert him into the conversations...literally...having had enough of silly politics I ask Mr. F if he'd like a nice surf and turf dinner...that I know a place not far from here and if we hurry the kitchen will cook something special like for us...He clucks in agreement and we wander off*
