The zero-g stuff is always great, but the fact that they could get it all done in one take is amazing.

That's their thing, of course. I imagine they had to do several takes. And given the mess they made, resetting must be a pain in the ass.
It seems obvious though that the whole thing was filmed at an accelerated rate. I assume the arc of the plane produces zero-g for only about 2 minutes. Not enough for the entire video shoot. So they had to do it all quicker and then slow it down in post, which probably made it even trickier.
