There is some boob in the sex scene which shows doggy style with male and female receiving.

Penis and balls in a fight scene, but mostly in silhouette and not at all the focus. Plus they are mutated some.

Then a strip club with full frontal female.

Plus lots and lots of violence, blood and gore.

Tons of foul language.
