I've looked at so much crap that when I saw something move in ready in my price range that I could make work I got overly excited. If I were on a deadline I could see myself going for it but I'm not so I will keep it on my watch list for now. I'm more disappointed in missing out on that HUD house but I was afraid of the process and work needed on that one.
