How do they not prepare for introduction of those e-mails and the hand-written note? Discovery is supposed to prevent this b.s.

I feel there's no doubt that Jian Ghomeshi is a serial abuser. There are multiple women accusing him of assault. But the star witness is now damaged, perhaps irreparably.
