How would you handle this, ST?

So we're looking at upgrading our car. Something that will pull a larger camper, has 4-wheel drive for better winter traction, etc.

There is a Dodge Durango listed relatively locally for a very good price. It's actually off the chart (barely) of the low-end of what Kelley Blue Book estimates its "fair market range."

It's also priced about a thousand or two cheaper than comparable vehicles locally. I've done the legwork and it was purchased through this particular dealership, serviced regularly there, no unscheduled maintenance or out-of-the-ordinary repairs and Carfax shows no issues. It's not setting off any alarm bells that it's a lemon.

The question I want to ask is: why so cheap? But I'm having a hard time formulating that without tipping my hand that I think it's a great buy on paper. Thoughts? Or do I just not go there and count my blessings that I stumbled onto what looks to be a very good deal?
