the original court decision was that the regulations passed by the state board of pharmacy was “primarily if not solely, to target religious objectors” and the pharmacy won

the state appealed and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the initial trial court decision

the original decision dates all the way back to an incident (requesting the medication) in 2006
