I think I posted about it on FB
They played at The Big Ticket back in December (a minor, outside two-stage annual fest here). I got up front to see them, then after they finished, went back to where my group was standing, right in front of the sound booth.
We're talking and three guys come strolling by (you know how at outside fests, there's blankets and people all over the place), so they're weaving in between, and literally are right next to us.
I kind of recognize the first guy, but not sure from where, then see that the second guy is Paul Meany.
(The first guy was the new guitarist, I don't know his name, and Darren wasn't with them.)
I shouted OH MY GOD PAUL! I LOVE YOU GUYS and shook his hand. He was like "thanks!" and they kind of awkwardly stopped but kept going.
I was a little fangirl.
As they walked away my friend was like, "do you want me to get a picture of you with them?" and I said no, thinking I didn't want to bother them.
In retrospect, I should have. I realized that about 5 seconds later.
