the last part has jimmy bringing 4 pies/cakes to his girl friends, he's telling her about the whole fetish video thing, and I guess to sell the story to the cops they had to actually make one, so he's discribing how he cried genuine tears etc.

then she realizes what a line jimmy crossed, fabricating evidence....while they were chowing down on one.

so I guess htey are setting up jimmy's down fall as even though he says hey like nobody's gonna know.

I was thinking the big turn of the screw would come when in a few episodes a trick the two turn on a tourist goes really bad and in the theme of unintended consquences, *she* is the one who gets disbarred or even goes to jail. but maybe she'll be the one that has to testify against him in this video thing
