I don't disagree there, but given the lack of evidence to the effect, firing him opens it's own can of worms.

Who knows, it's a case of he said, she said...and our system is designed to work on behalf of the accused; not the accusers.
That sucks for domestic abuse and sexual assault, but the evidence isn't there.
