I think the AL East is still a dumpster fire.
The Orioles basically stood pat
The Yankees are another year older and fading
The Rays weren't that good to begin with
The Red Sox are still the suck. $180mil for Hanley and Pablo and they both look like they're ready to be shipped out asap.
