I liked Perry/Paulson's relationship even as it was willy-nilly. The Peet / Josh Lyman one is textbook fubar'ed.

and by the end, it was a West Wing arc...the last 3 episodes were all about a celebrity's brother getting taken hostage in Iraq.
The character that really was superb top to bottom was Steven Weber.
