They do go after the fashion mags. The problem with SI is that the one time a year they heavily feature women it's not women athletes, it's models.

They do cover women's sports more than they once did. And they have started to add women athletes to the swimsuit issue. But this year is the first time they've had a model who is closer to the average. And they are still behind Elle, Vogue, etc on that.
