If we accept the argument that the talk radio right is saying "others are taking what is rightfully yours" (I'm not speaking for or against that plank, let's just assume it's true since that was the basis for your Sanders comment on B2).
I can see why you might equate Sanders platform to that, but I think there is a key difference. To me, Sanders isn't saying "this is rightfully yours and someone took it away from you". He is saying "we as a society to choose to act in a way that does certain things" like give free education, have single payer education, etc. That's different than saying "someone took this from you and it should be restored to you"
