Right, but I doubt either way that Rubio's going to be quiet in the near-term.

Romney was a private citizen from 08 to 12 as well...
if anything, the GOP is a party of "Now it's your turn." with the exception being this year going back to 1980 with Reagan coming off his 1976 push.
