This is very problematic. I know of at least two locations in Wpg where medical marijuana is being grown in residential settings. The problem?

You can transfer your three-plant quota to somebody else to grow. These two grow ops reek up the neighbourhood because they are growing between 200-300 plants apiece. Part of the reason to strip that right from patients was to be able to control where they could or couldn't be grown.
