Thanks, but I was thinking less about the amount of benefits, and more about the quality of how the benefits are delivered.

How quickly are problems solved? How long are the waiting lists for healthcare? Is the bureaucracy easy to deal with? How many disabled veterans are employed? etc
It seems to me that these are where the problems are, and the disappointing state of veterans care is a big issue here in Canada as well, so I was wondering "does anyone do it well"?
