I stumbled over that while looking to see what office/retail space goes for in town here.

Kicking around a business idea - creating a coworking space that rents desks by hour/day, rather than the monthly options that are all sold out in town.
It would be good for someone like me, who only needs it part time. It would also be good for people who work "from home" but need new digs every once in a while.
704 square feet in the heart of downtown, unfurnished, is $27/sq ft plus $8/sq ft for costs. Per year.
