i'll admit it got a little long, but i do think it was the best film of all the ones i've seen of the best pictures.

i have not seen brooklyn or spotlight, but pretty sure they're nowhere close.
the big short is a good contender, but i still think it doesn't come close.
i'd love for mad max to win, but that ain't going to happen.
