I think that question (support Trump, not support Trump) is what will fracture the party.

When Trump loses the general, the group that supports Trump will accuse the group that doesn't with sabotaging the party.
And the group that was anti-Trump will accuse the pro-Trump group of torpedoing the party by being too extreme and abandoning core GOP values.
Those two groups will fight for ten years or more.
