This team might be for real. They played together in a preseason tournament that was tough with international rules and

a time zone that took time to adjust to and won it all. They've played together for longer than other teams this year, have a few good seniors, very tough point guards and just about everyone can score. This team shoots and makes more threes than any team Self has coached. They can shoot well.
Their downside is their defense is a bit weaker than previous teams because they don't have a big man that clogs the lane and blocks well.
They guard the shooters very well and will never get tired. They have won many close or big games. When they had a tough game or needed a win they got it. The majority of their losses came in a bad two week stretch after Christmas. The first was to Michigan St. early in the season. This is a better and more cohesive team today.
I believe this is a team that can have a deep run.
