Chase Ink and Amex SimplyCash both do 5% on cell phones, cable, and office supply stores.

They are business cards but you can use your SSN as EIN and get approved.

My wife has a legitimate business if we ever get called on it but they never asked. We don't actually put any of her business expenses on either card.
