What the Republican numbers don't show us is strength of dissatisfaction.

And whether it varies by candidate. Like, if folks who answered that they would not be satisfied were asked to rate their dissatisfaction from 1 (just slightly dissatisfied) to 10 (I loathe him and will campaign against him in the general election) what would the average be for each candidate? Would Trump's average be significantly higher or in line with Cruz and Rubio?
