It's not so much that they have Open Carry (that makes me nervous as is), it's the need to have a demonstration at events like SXSW that bothers me. -- (edited)

It feels like they're trying to force a confrontation. And since some are carrying a lot more than a handgun, it seems to be an act of intimidation as well.
