Some of it, yes. But there were a lot of people at the time criticizing the Just Say No campaign as ineffective or useless.

They led this country in such the wrong direction in areas like this. Socially they were awful. I'll leave the economic ideas for another day. The democrats went along with them too so no one gets a pass.
This all leads me back to wondering what Hillary was thinking when she made those comments about Nancy. There was plenty she could have said so why go to AIDS? She didn't misspeak as she claims. My worry is she doesn't remember history and what the Reagans were really like when it came to dealing with the AIDS epidemic.
