he may be able to add more than one person per upgrade but I'm not exactly sure about the numbers.
He's put out a call for donations a couple of times and I figure he can always use more since there are still a bunch of Sters looking to join.
If you just started recently there's no way you could afford to donate. He needs thousands of pieces of marble.
He'll get to you eventually. :-)
