And interestingly, my university is still in the top 10, but hasn't grown much in two decades.

I specifically recall that we crested to #1 undergrad enrollment at one point while I was there (43K undergrads) but had a smaller graduate school than some other schools at that time (not sure of number though)
Look now, overall enrollment is 52K, so pretty stagnant. Yet still #5 overall.
