he needs more seasoning and could get it in Florida in a few years. He's had a legislative base there that Governor could be reasonable and then depending on that success...with another 8-10 years of experience/gravitas...he still should have positive attributes.

That is of course, all depending on wtf the GOP decides it wants to be.
