Rand has his libertarian constituency to represent, so he's different. Perry has to be done.

Obviously it's better for Rubio that he did better than Perry and Walker and Jindal and Christie.
But he was still tested by the campaign, and found wanting.
Plus, the GOP isn't short of young, ambitious people. Cruz will run again, Paul Ryan may, Nikki Haley too. The
