It does appear that ALL Dem contests are proportional. Had to do a bit of digging to figure that out.

A lot of the infographics for upcoming contests were very unclear on that.
So, yeah, Bernie may win, but without winning decisively, he's still done. He can't pull 52% wins and expect to make up a 200+ delegate deficit.
