From @spam: 4th generation variant continues to spread. Don't click on any links that say they'll tell you how to remove it. They won't!

If you think a tweet may be infected, mouse-over on the user's link and you may see a lot of numbers instead of just the name.

Examples:
This is all Twitters fault! Don't blame Mikeyy!!

Twitter, your community is going to be mad at you... - Mikeyy

Twitter, freaking fix this already. >:[ - Mikeyy
