I was talking to a coworker (the guy who told me to use him as a reference) and he said that he doesn't know how this new boss interviews - he is very laid back, he might be a lot different than other supervisors around here - but he seemed confident that I'd do okay. He said the fact they skipped the phone interview entirely is a good sign.
