No, it doesn't seem like a big deal if you live in a city, but rural areas without another pharmacy for 30-50 miles and a lot of poor people need to

fill all prescriptions. I know that this is aimed at plan B medication, but sooner or later, somebody is going to have a religious objection to vaccinations or something else equally crazy.

To be more legal sounding, a pharmacy is something that is licensed by a state, monitored by a state, and provides an absolutely essential service.
