Yep. That is precisely the dilemma.

How do you (1) sincerely profess a set of religious beliefs, including all restrictions, without (2) violating federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of religion?
I still think it's possible, but I'm not enough of an expert in this area to figure out how to do it.
