Over the years, I've been refused service, mocked by store clerks, fired from two jobs, and assaulted for being gay.

But if a business can demonstrate actual, sincere, religious identity -- whether one of the more popular religions or not, anything from Roman Catholicism to the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster to lack of religiosity entirely -- then more power to 'em. They should have just as much access to the liberty protections of the Constitution as I do.
