Strongbad, a note about where I live in case you might think I'm creating a weak hypothetical

Other than an emergency clinic on site mostly staffed by doctors from my town on a rotating basis, my town is the first real medical services for an Indian reservation seventy miles away.

If the people lost access to medication, the next step for those Native Americans is Boise another forty miles on.

I know some people have a gut reaction to the problems of rural folks and say "You chose to live there" but we as a people forced the people on the reservation to live there.
