Saw that. Seems interesting, but also elitist. I like the idea of mobility and this seems to keep the top group the same forever.

I like a little parity. Leicester getting into Champions league, getting an infusion of capital and being able to do something with it is cool.
I get that ticket sales are poor for those early stage games if the draw isn't exciting, but I'm not sure if this fixes all of that.
