e.g. I owned a stock that got a real attached actor today. I had bought it at 6.70, but it was now trading at 0.70. Shouldn't I get a benefit for believing in the stock long term? Instead, it is more profitable to daytrade the stock, and then buy it when the news comes out.
Maybe there could be a derivative that would be a side bet on a limited number of stocks of your choosing. If any of them pan out, you get a substantial bonus. It would be good for the game and for the data.
