I've only seen BvS once (plan to see it again), but critics expect certain things which this movie lacks

Like scenes where stuff happens and the plot moves forward. There's huge chunks of BvS that look pretty, have an epic feel, yet only do like one or two things for the movie.
BvS could have been 30 min long and still told the same story.
