Especially when you figure...at 16 and almost done with her 2nd to last year of high school...realistically, she's not going to be around much longer. She's growing up. She'll find her own way, her own love and start planning her own wedding.
And if you give in to her and give her what she wants...you'll be attending her wedding alone instead of with your second chance at your own love.
Like Andie and mandy have said...the daughters will get over it if you marry this woman. Will you get over it, if you don't?
