TTIS - does anyone have experience with using an MP3 player to download audio-books? A friend of mine had one this weekend to listen to books in camp

and it sounded like a great idea. Any idea how much memory an average book would take? I'm not looking for anything fancy - don't need it for music or anything - I think she said she spent less than $20 for hers.

And my library has books available to download on-line!!

depends on the bit rate. My Harry Potters range from around 250 or 300 MB per book to 1.2 GB or so. If you get one that takes micro SD cards it works - zork Apr 13, 12:32
