when I was very young, my mom was shopping and there was a skinny little stuffed bunny on a shelf.
I pointed to it and yelled "bony rabbit!"
My mom was very proud of me that I knew it was bony but then I pointed to a number of other ones (not bony) and called them all the same thing.
guess I couldn't pronounce bunny at the time ;-)
