They rarely see him, there's a kitchenette and bathroom downstairs. He pays 40% of the rent (they live in Laguna Hills/Beach in SoCal) so it really helps them out a lot.

Remember when Crash and I first got together? He and John had lived together since college. John (to this day) teases me about breaking them up.
