So can I expect there to be a sale on lawnmowers at any point before summer hits?

We need to, and I mean really need to, mow our lawn but the lawnmower the last tenant left is kaput and the owners say it's on us to get one. Was wondering if we should just suck it up and buy one now or wait for a sale on them.
