The basics are that a father of a shooting victim put up a billboard of her face outside of a gun store. The store sued and the plaintiff got 10 cents per day in damages for every day that the billboard stayed up.
Irrespective of the case law or the actual amount of the penalty can the prevailing party appeal the amount of the damages if they feel it's not enough?
