Whole sizable cities are unserved. And cities with service don't have much of it.

Not served (examples):
St Louis
Kansas City
San Antonio
Minneapolis

Limited service:
Chicago: 2 flights to JFK, 3 to Boston, 1 to San Juan
Denver: 1 to JFK (and it is a redeye), 2 to Boston
DFW: 0 flights to JFK, 2 to Boston

That's common for the center of the country. If Jetblue provides service ,it's limited service with probably no west coast service

The 'strongest' service (if it can be called that) may be Austin: 2 to JFK, 1 to BOS, 1 to MCO, 1 to FLL, 1 to LGB.
