Flash could have taken down Silver Banshee and Livewire in a split second simply by running at full speed up to both of them and knocking them out. Instead, he runs up and stops a few feet short, stops, and announces his presence. Still, he could have then run and knocked them both out.
In the final battle, Silver Banshee actually punches Supergirl in the face and knocks her down. Silver Banshee has super strength now? Punching Supergirl should have destroyed Silver Banshee's fist.
