Handbrake and MPEG Streamclip probably both so it (the latter for sure but is a bear to set up initially in Windows). Do this... - Mop Mar 30, 20:22 1

Not a definitive answer, but I have found Windows Movie Maker to be far more capable than I would have expected. - Subversive Mar 30, 19:52 1
